Any quick or instant way to buy $100 worth of bitcoin in the US besides cashapp?

Hey guys, I'm looking for an answer to this question.

I know bitcoin ATMs are instant but the charges are just too high. Anything about a 10% charge is outrageous.

Cashapp has issues and supports says it'll be sorted in 3 business days.

Venmo and PayPal doesn't allow withdrawal.

I tried strike but the verification is still pending.

Please I'd like to know if there is any website/app that I can buy $100 of bitcoin from within an hour (including verification).
