Little Worlds

artists spend years learning to draw better. we asked the opposite question: what does it take to remember how to draw before you knew the rules? children don’t draw the world as it is. they draw the world as they experience it. snow can fall in summer. balloons belong beside soup. nothing needs to make sense because everything already does imagination comes before logic the goal was never to imitate a child’s ability. it was to imitate a child’s imagination. not the way children draw, but the way they think little worlds is an attempt to preserve that way of seeing before we learn to explain everything
