Si ere

Si éré means "Fisherwomen" in Ijaw, my tribe. This collection is dedicated to spotlighting the significance of Ijaw fisher-women. While there are several trades Ijaw people engage in, but our geographical locations makes fishing our most prominent trade. Often the stories of women are overlooked, but the economical productivity of these women should be celebrated. Before migrating to a smart contract this collection was originally minted during the very significant month of February, as it was important to me that this part of my history be highlighted. Their stories are an inspiration to me, and I hope this allows others to learn more about the integral role they play.
