Inspired by retro games of the early 90's, Hooligans will become the first 2d side scrolling gaming characters you can use in the Hooliverse and on other Ethereum based side scrolling games (If all 4,000 Hooligans are minted). This collection of ragtags includes a diverse set of males and females with 7 different skin variations. Each Hooligan is distinct with over 600 unique features like hair, beards, accessories, scars, outfits and more.
