Cautious Reminder that Moons have heavily centralizing factors.

But in the wake of being more attentive against of centralized exchanges, we must not fool ourselves and pretend moons have any significant difference. </p> <p>First of all, yes, earning moons to use in governance is fun. They have said time and time again that you should not rely on moons being here in the future. They may or may not be around after 10 years but you can’t rely on that! </p> <p>Moons are also on mainnet on Arbitrum Nova, a centralized chain that can possibly freeze transfers in emergency situations. Moons are not censorship resistant. </p> <p>While we know “not your keys not your coins”, and “know your exchange”, we need to keep in mind of one of the first things to think about in cryptocurrency: “centralization is a risk”. </p> <p>Anyways, yes keep contributing to the discussions here. “Earn” moons. But, if you find yourself having any amount of moons you can’t help afford to lose in a improbable situation, assess that situation and adjust your moons accordingly.
