The hackers then proceeded to utilize the KuCoin Turkey account on X to make further fraudulent announcements in an effort to deceive more people after the breach. Nevertheless, the misleading post on X has now been removed, and the KuCoin account has assured customers that their funds are secure.

It was previously reported that last year, the official X account of KuCoin was taken control of. The perpetrators posted phishing links on the feed of the account. Similary, hackers also took over the Kucoin Turkey X account today, posting misleading updates.
