Analyst: “I’m Doubling On Stellar” Before XLM Price Does

Drawing a Fibonacci Circle on the monthly XLM price charts, French crypto technician Egrag is tacking on a broader rebound rally. The seasoned trader declared to be doubling up their XLM stash, while the popular DLT-based altcoin just logged a critical resistance level.

On the daily candlestick based Stellar charts, the price has just breached $0.213, bouncing off the Red-Label Bollinger Band (BOLL) of $0.0209, according to TradingView’s price statistics. If Stellar Lumens (XLM) successfully logs the $0.22 resistance level, a double top retest comes next.

Back in mid-May, Stellar Lumen’s (XLM) price upswing topped at $0.258 twice, then gradually backtracking towards the $0.155 level, a cycle low hit in mid-August, 2026. Crawling back from that wasn’t easy, but Stellar’s whales have pushed the OG token back to the levels the bulls can appreciate.

Just like in mid-May, Stellar’s big-time investors are feeling the appetite for XLM at the current price range. Known as ‘buying the dip’, large crypto investors tend to step in when they feel like they can actually dip their toes in the bottom of a downtrend. The whale-relevant CMF index has turned positive again.

Stellar conquered the mid-tier demand zone of $0.188, but the long-term XLM price targets marked by Egrag crypto are looking way beyond that. Targets were outlined in power of the Fibonacci Circles, which measure the historical smoothed moving averages in order to give a future perspective.

The veteran analyst outlined three targets, all stemming from the Fibonacci Circle count: $1.59, $2.25 & $3.72. The white ascending line indicates previous breakout within that structure, while $0.24 serves as the crucial juncture between bull & bear dominance. Another key indication will be Spot demand.
