CoinEx Crypto Exchange Partners with Simplex to Offer Credit Card Payments of Crypto

As more people are accumulating cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin amid this COVID-19 pandemic, a reliable and fast fiat gateway is a perfect tool for managing users’ crypto portfolio and protecting it from losses. In view of this, two crypto ecosystems have collaborated to provide a seamless crypto-to-fiat trading experience for crypto users. 

CoinEx crypto exchange has partnered with Simplex, a leading fiat infrastructure provider to enable seamless purchasing of crypto on CoinEx. The partnership will enable CoinEx users to buy cryptocurrencies such as BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC and USDT using their MasterCard or Visa credit cards directly. It also provides support for various fiat currencies such as USD, EUR and CAD. 

As part of the partnership deal, Simplex will only charge a processing fee of 3.5% per transaction. The minimum amount of purchase is 10 USD and the daily and monthly limits per user are 20,000 USD and 50,000 USD respectively. 

Speaking on the partnership, Haipo Yang, CoinEx founder and CEO, said his company is excited to partner with Simplex to lower the threshold for more people to enter the crypto market. He said this is a stepping stone for the exchange as it is the first onramp to be integrated on the platform. 

He said the company will ensure that they provide more convenient functions for its current and potential customers. Haipo claims the company’s goal in 2020 is to cover at least 10 different languages speaking markets. He added that, building a fiat gateway is their first move to attract more users around the world unto the platform. 

Simplex Co-founder and CEO, Nimrod Lehavi also commented about their partnership with CoinEx. According to Lehavi, enabling fast and secure credit card payments is a crucial step to mass crypto adoption. He claims the company is excited to join forces with CoinEx to bring a better and seamless experience to users all over the world.
