XRP Analyst EGRAG Marks Fourth RSI Move Above 53, Sees Potential Path to 80

In Brief:
- EGRAG sees XRP’s RSI holding above 53 as the condition for his projected advance toward an indicator reading of 80.
- Earlier chart markings span 2017, 2021, 2024, and 2026, but reversals show that crossing 53 cannot guarantee sustained momentum gains.
- XRP appeared at $1.57 in EGRAG’s post, but an RSI reading of 80 cannot establish any specific future dollar price.
Crypto analyst EGRAG believes XRP’s relative strength index could climb toward 80 if it holds above 53, a level he has marked across four periods on his chart. According to EGRAG, the latest move through that level resembles earlier momentum shifts, although his proposed advance remains a projection.
The chart tracks RSI, which measures the pace of price changes, and its green arrow points to an indicator reading of 80 rather than an $80 XRP price target. EGRAG marked moves through the 53 region around 2017, 2021, 2024, and 2026, using the earlier readings to support his case for stronger momentum.
However, those periods followed different paths, with substantial RSI gains in some cycles but reversals and extended stretches below 53 in others. A crossing above that level alone therefore cannot establish that RSI will reach 80.

Why the 53 RSI Level Matters to EGRAG’s XRP Outlook
EGRAG’s bullish case depends on RSI staying above 53, a level beyond the conventional midpoint of 50 that traders use to assess momentum. The chart also marks 47 below the midpoint, while a drop under 53 would weaken EGRAG’s projected RSI path toward 80. A move below 50, particularly one approaching 47, would signal a broader loss of momentum.
Besides those levels, the chart’s earlier cycles show why EGRAG considers the current reading significant. They provide examples of RSI climbing well beyond 53, but they offer no guarantee that the fourth marked period will follow the same course.
According to EGRAG’s X post, XRP traded at $1.57, up 1.89%, although that snapshot cannot show where its price would stand if RSI reached 80. Different price movements can produce a similar indicator reading, depending on their pace and sequence. Moreover, the image does not clearly identify the RSI calculation period, which can affect comparisons with other charts.
EGRAG’s projection: the next evidence lies in whether RSI holds above 53 and rises further. His chart supports that level as a historical reference; the move toward 80 remains conditional.
