Laika Memecoin set for Moon Mission to boost web3 adoption

Solana-based community-driven memecoin project, Laika, is set to go on a Moon Mission sending a dog to Earth’s natural satellite. 

The project has set March 20, 2024, as the date for launching Laika into low orbit, but this timeline could change depending on the weather conditions. 

The Laika community is participating in the current stage of the moon mission that will happen between March 11 and March 18, 2024. 

During this stage, Laika will fill a helium balloon automatically after purchasing the Solana memecoin. 

Laika’s Ambitious Mission 

Laika will stream the moon mission live, with the goal being to hit a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $500 million. 

Once this FDV is hit, Laika will send the dog into Earth’s low orbit, and after the flight, the project will commence a token generation event between late March and early April 2024. 

The low orbit flight by Laika marks the inaugural step in fulfilling the ambitious mission of this Solana memecoin. 

Laika also says that after the FDV hits $1 billion, the dog will go to the International Space Station (ISS). 

The mission will end once Laika emerges as the first memecoin dog to go to the moon, with the consecutive flight slated for when the FDV of this memecoin reaches $10 billion. 

The goal behind this moon mission is for Laika to demonstrate the advantages of having an organized community and how it can achieve positive results. 

Laika is also working with members across 14 countries, with the project seeking to disapprove the notion that memecoins were “the evil scourge of the crypto industry.” 

Paving the Way for Large-scale Web3 Adoption 

According to Laika, memecoins paved the way for the mass adoption of the Web3 industry as a majority of those showing interest in the memecoin have limited knowledge of the crypto industry. 

Laika is a community-driven Solana memecoin SuperVerse seeking to bridge the gap between the Web2 and the Web3 worlds.

The Laika Foundation is also a core piece of the ecosystem, seeking to create the largest decentralized and inclusive memecoin community. 

The Laika reward program will host pool ruffles where participants can secure rewards in the form of memecoins like Dogecoin (DOGE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), and Baby Doge Coin (BABYDOGE).
