Dogecoin Price Prediction: Could TD Sequential Signal A Bounce?

Two very different signals are pulling at DOGE this week, one from a fund shutting its doors, the other from a chart indicator with a solid recent track record. That contrast sits at the heart of this Dogecoin price prediction.
Dogecoin started out in 2013 as a joke built on the Shiba Inu meme and has since become one of the most actively traded coins in the market, currently holding the #12 spot by market cap.
The Dogecoin price today is $0.08392, down 2.0% over the past 24 hours. That's kept the price within a $0.08275 to $0.08592 range, and the market cap stands at $13.081B.

Longs account for close to 94% of total liquidations over the past day, and that pattern holds across most shorter windows too, aside from the 4-hour figure where shorts briefly took the bigger hit.
The overall lean toward long liquidations fits a market working through a correction after leveraged buyers pushed in ahead of price cooling off.
Exchange Volume
Binance leads DOGE's futures activity by a wide margin at $524.42M over the past 24 hours. OKX follows at $324.33M, with Bybit next at $121.13M.

WhiteBIT and MEXC each sit above $100M, and Bitget adds $68.42M. The rest, including Gate, BingX, and LBank, fill out smaller amounts.
Dogecoin News: Mixed Signals Emerge
Bitwise Shuts Down Its Dogecoin ETF
BSCN reported that Bitwise is shutting down its Dogecoin ETF, BWOW, less than a year after launching the fund. Trading on NYSE Arca will stop on October 14, with cash distributed afterward.
Source: Data Taken From @BSCNews , X Account, as of Sep 11, 2026
The fund opened with $3 million in day-one volume last November, but investor demand never sustained that early interest, leaving BWOW with roughly $722,000 by the time Bitwise decided to wind it down.
The company described the move as optimizing its product range around evolving investor needs.
A TD Sequential Buy Signal Flashes On The 4-Hour Chart
On a more constructive note, analyst Ali Charts pointed out that the TD Sequential indicator has flashed a buy signal on DOGE's 4-hour chart, suggesting the recent correction could be nearing its end.

According to the post, the last three buy signals from this indicator were followed by rebounds of 6.96%, 2.71%, and 11.25%.
That's a reasonable track record, though past signals don't guarantee the next one plays out the same way.
Dogecoin Price Prediction: Technical Outlook
On the 4-hour DOGE/USDT chart on Binance, price has been compressing inside a symmetrical triangle since late August, with a falling trendline pressing down from the recent peak and a rising trendline pushing up from below.
DOGE is currently trading just above that rising trendline.
Source: Chart Taken From TradingView , as of Sep 11, 2026
RSI sits at 36.51, below its moving average of 41.21, reflecting the pullback that's brought price down toward triangle support.
Could $DOGE Bounce Toward Higher Resistance?
If DOGE holds above the rising trendline and breaks the triangle's falling trendline with a strong 4-hour close and rising volume, the first target becomes $0.09182.
Clearing that level on continued strength opens the path to $0.09570, with $0.10080 as the next resistance if buying pressure extends further.
What Happens If $DOGE Breaks the Rising Trendline?
If instead DOGE gets rejected at the falling trendline and then breaks below the rising trendline with volume confirming the move, the first support to watch is $0.08013.
A failure to hold that could send $DOGE toward $0.07725, with continued weakness putting $0.07481 in view.
Support and Resistance Levels
Support | Resistance |
$0.08013 | $0.09182 |
$0.07725 | $0.09570 |
$0.07481 | $0.10080 |
Bull, Base, and Bear Scenarios
Scenario | Setup | Level |
Bull | Break above the falling trendline on volume | $0.09182–$0.10080 |
Base | Price consolidates near the triangle apex | $0.082–$0.088 |
Bear | Rejection at resistance, break of rising trendline | $0.08013–$0.07481 |
DOGE vs Bitcoin
DOGE's price still largely follows the broader crypto market's direction, and Bitcoin's moves remain an important backdrop for how this triangle resolves.
When Bitcoin trades with more conviction, DOGE's breakout or breakdown scenarios above tend to play out with added force, a reminder that even a coin with $DOGE's liquidity stays closely tied to overall market sentiment.
Expert Opinion
Market commentators following $DOGE's setup note that a TD Sequential buy signal with a decent recent track record is worth watching, but it works best as a supporting factor alongside price action rather than a standalone trading signal.
Their view on the Bitwise ETF shutdown is more measured; a single product's closure reflects fund-level demand rather than a verdict on $DOGE itself, and it's unlikely to be the deciding factor for how this triangle resolves.
Disclaimer: This Dogecoin Price Prediction is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as financial advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, technical patterns can fail to play out as expected, and any of the scenarios described above carry a realistic probability of not occurring.
