how can i check my funds in electrum if i have my 24 words + passprhase

I have some funds I haven't touched in years, I have my 24 words written in paper in a safe location and also my passphrase.

I set up my words with a ledger nano s originally, but I haven't connected it to a pc in 2 years.

I don't have any wallet software installed anywhere. And I have an idea of how much I have, but not the exact amount. That's what I am looking to know.

I do have tails OS and a laptop with the Wi-Fi chip removed.

In order to check my balance, can I import the 24 words +pf on electrum running on tails and check my funds there?

Is there a better way?
