Manta Network and BONK Set to Ignite the Web3 Space with Groundbreaking Meme Season

Manta Network has announced a partnership with BONK, the largest meme community, to launch a vibrant meme-ta season on Manta Pacific. This collaboration, termed “Meme-ta szn,” aims to celebrate and expand the interconnected meme culture within the Manta ecosystem, offering users unique ways to engage and earn rewards.

A New Era of Meme Culture in Web3?

The partnership between BONK and Manta Network is more than just a merger of communities—it’s a strategic alignment to foster an innovative and engaging meme ecosystem on Manta Pacific. Dubbed “Meme-ta szn,” this initiative is set to introduce a range of activities and rewards programs, designed to integrate the communities further and enhance user interaction within the network.

BONK and Manta Network, affectionately known by their communities as BONKers and Mantalorians respectively, are encouraged to participate actively in this new ecosystem. The initiative offers several avenues for users to earn MANTA rewards, the native token of Manta Network, through creative and communal participation.

One of the highlights of this partnership is the Dual Citizenship Rewards Program. This program rewards users who are active in both BONK and Manta communities. 

Eligible participants can earn a share of up to 690,000 MANTA based on their engagement levels. To qualify, users need to have a minimum of 1 million BONK staked in the BONK rewards program and hold any amount of ETH or MANTA in their Manta Pacific wallet.

A snapshot was taken on July 11 at 7 AM CET to determine the eligibility for these rewards, setting the stage for BONKers to begin earning additional rewards based on their loyalty and duration of stake.

In addition to the Dual Citizenship Rewards, the Active Participant Rewards Program is designed to further incentivize community involvement. This program allocates additional MANTA rewards to users who engage in various on-chain activities within the Manta Pacific ecosystem. 

Activities include trading on the native Manta meme DEX, Gull Network, playing exclusive BONK x Manta games developed by Elfin Games, and participating in exciting memecoin launches.
