Today in crypto, a white hat hacker recovered $2 million in ICO funds stuck for 10 years, Michael Saylor signaled Strategy may buy more Bitcoin after pausing buys and Vietnam proposed letting SMEs use digital assets, virtual assets and intellectual property as loan collateral.

The pseudonymous white hat hacker “0xflorent” said on Sunday they helped recover $2 million worth of Ether (ETH) locked in a faulty initial coin offering (ICO) smart contract since 2016.

About 1,003 Ether (ETH) from 48 investors who participated in the Hong Coin (HONG) ICO, a decentralized venture capital fund that never launched due to it failing to reach its funding goal, had been stuck in a smart contract.
