Strive’s corporate treasury reached 26,355 BTC after the company purchased 1,355 bitcoin from September 14 through September 18, according to a September 21 disclosure filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The five-day purchase moved its holdings above 26,000 BTC.

Strive reported an all-in average price of approximately $79,475 per bitcoin, including fees and expenses. At that price, the acquisition amounted to roughly $107.7 million, a figure reported by The Block.

Strive’s September Bitcoin purchase

In its SEC filing, Strive said it purchased 1,355 BTC between September 14–18 at an all-in average price of about $79,475 per bitcoin, including fees and expenses. The company reported holdings of 26,355 BTC as of September 18.

Holdings rose 1,355 BTC in one week

Strive held 25,000 BTC on September 11, according to the same SEC disclosure. By September 18, that balance had risen to 26,355 BTC, a week-over-week increase equal to the 1,355 BTC announced in the purchase update.

The comparison offers a direct view of the pace of the accumulation. The September 11 figure serves as the starting balance in the filing, and the September 18 total captures the position after the reported acquisition period ended.

For treasury-watchers, the distinction matters because the company supplied dated holdings figures rather than simply a cumulative purchase announcement. The disclosed increase occurred during a single reporting week, with the purchase window beginning three days after the September 11 balance date.

Preferred shares and warrant exercises

The Bitcoin purchase disclosure was accompanied by changes in Strive’s cash position and preferred-share count. Cash and cash equivalents increased to $229.6 million on September 18 from $204.2 million on September 11, while SATA preferred shares outstanding rose by 786,194 to 11,184,160, according to the SEC filing.

Those movements show that the reported week involved more than the addition of bitcoin to the treasury. Cash rose by $25.4 million across the same September 11-to-18 comparison period in which the SATA share count increased.

Separately, BTC Times reported that traditional warrant exercises produced $21.2 million in gross proceeds during the week. Including those proceeds, SATA represented 57.7% of total capital raised, according to that report.

The reported figures place the preferred-share issuance and warrant activity alongside the latest treasury expansion. Strive’s filing records the higher cash balance and additional SATA shares outstanding; the independent report provides the stated gross warrant proceeds and capital-raise mix.
