K-KAD: The Horizon Dweller

At the hypothetical line where Earth meets Sky, vision craves pursuit. Granular trails and spirited hues stir the ethereal. The edge of sight is ever-expanding. A test to the tenacious. Recursive memories conquer the unreached. The Horizon Dweller is an audio-visual artificial intelligence module, recursively generates static artworks and immersive moving images, custom-trained from a big dataset spanning 365 days of Nordic landscapes. K-KAD is a series of collections by Khaled Kaddal, an installation artist, performer and technologist based in London. The project is supported by the Arts Helsinki (Uniarts) and the Saastamoinen Foundation, in Helsinki (Finland).
