SmartBCH question: if I have my money staked on a DEX and the Dex disappears I will lose all my staked tokens, right? but if I'm using a DEX just to swap tokens and the Dex disappears I'm unaffected?

So if I'm using a DEX to farm and in this case, Mist, I need to lock my two tokens to the "LP" token pair so essentially I get this linked LP token in exchange for my two tokens that I'm staking.

Is it correct that no one uses the same LP tokens so if one exchange goes under any LP tokens being used to farm on that exchange will be worthless?
