KiiChain Public Sale: What to Consider Before Participating?

Now The KiiChain presale is live right now, and it looks a bit different from the usual presale floating around crypto Twitter. It runs through Sonar, a KYC-gated sale platform, and KiiChain has published a full legal disclosures page alongside it, something most early-stage sales skip.

Every figure below comes from KiiChain's own sales portal, docs, and whitepaper, unless marked otherwise. Sale numbers move fast, so treat these as a snapshot kiichain presale news updated on X

What Is KiiChain?

KiiChain calls itself an on-chain FX orchestration layer, not just another smart contract chain. It is a Layer 1 built on the Cosmos SDK, secured by CometBFT consensus, connecting global stablecoins like USDT and USDC with local, non-dollar stablecoins used across Latin America and other emerging markets.

The problem it targets is real: traditional FX desks only run during banking hours, roughly a quarter of the day, and cross-border settlement through correspondent banks can take a day or longer. KiiChain wants a 24/7 system instead, pulling liquidity from across chains through a hybrid matching engine so spreads stay tight even on thinly traded local currency pairs. The chain is EVM compatible, also supports CosmWasm contracts, and connects to more than 100 other blockchains through IBC.

The whitepaper says mainnet launched, but the sale portal's own legal disclosures say mainnet has not yet commenced public operation and that the block explorer only shows testnet data. That gap between two official sources is worth confirming with the team directly.

What Is KII?

KII is the native token that runs the KiiChain network. It pays gas, secures the chain through staking, and lets holders vote on protocol changes. Total supply is fixed at 1,800,000,000 KII, and minting is disabled at the protocol level, so no governance vote can ever create more of it later.

KII also powers fee payments on the Kii RWA Protocol, rewards liquidity providers who supply the harder-to-source side of local currency pairs, and gets a flat fee discount inside the KiiChain-App. KII carries no equity, dividend, or profit-sharing rights, so it is purely a utility and network asset, not a claim on company revenue.

Understanding the KiiChain Public Sale:

The sale runs through Sonar. Buyers complete KYC, connect a wallet, and buy KII using USDC or USDT. It is structured as a fixed-price offering across 3 tiers.

KiiChain Tokenomics: Supply, Allocation and Distribution:

Kiichain has a fixed maximum supply of 1,800,000,000 tokens, released into designated wallets at the genesis block. Minting is disabled at the protocol level, so supply cannot increase later. KiiChain has not published a full category-by-category allocation table. What is confirmed, plus what independent reporting fills in, looks like this:

Category Allocation Token Amount Total Supply 100% 1,800,000,000 Community and Ecosystem (testnet rewards, ecosystem grants, validator incentives, community programs) Approximately 67% (third-party reported) Approximately 1,206,000,000 (third-party reported) Testnet Oro Participant Allocation 10% (confirmed) 180,000,000 (confirmed) Remaining categories (team, investors, liquidity, other) Not broken out publicly Not disclosed

Two things worth flagging. The 67 percent community and ecosystem figure comes from independent reporting, not KiiChain's own allocation table, so treat it as a working estimate. And it has not disclosed a specific team or founder allocation percentage anywhere in its official materials, a meaningful gap compared to presales that publish this upfront.

Official White Paper- Kiichain White Paper

Kiichain Vesting Schedule:

Public-sale buyers face a longer lockup than most presale tokens.

Milestone Terms Cliff Length 1 year from Token Generation Event Vesting After Cliff 2 years, daily linear unlock Unlock Style Emitted daily, not monthly tranches

Since unlocks happen daily rather than in set monthly steps, here is roughly where cumulative unlocked supply lands at key milestones for public-sale buyers.

Month Unlocked TGE (Month 0) 0% End of Month 12 0% (cliff ends) End of Month 18 approximately 25% End of Month 24 approximately 50% End of Month 30 approximately 75% End of Month 36 100%

Most presales unlock within 6 to 12 months. A 1-year cliff plus 2 years of daily vesting is a much longer runway, and the daily unlocking style means supply grows in small steps instead of large cliff-driven dumps.

Kiichain-Kii Token Utility:

KII works inside the KiiChain network in a few concrete ways:

  • Gas fees: every transaction is paid in KII.

  • Staking and validation: the only asset eligible for bonding or delegating, securing the network.

  • Governance: bonded KII carries voting rights on protocol parameters and upgrades.

  • RWA protocol fees: apps built on the Kii RWA Protocol pay usage fees in KII.

  • Liquidity incentives: rewards providers who supply the less-demanded side of local currency pairs.

  • KiiChain App fee discount: a flat discount for settling fees in KII, described as a changeable promotion.

How to Join the KiiChain Public Sale:

  • Set up a compatible wallet if you do not already have one, and store your seed phrase offline.

  • Fund the wallet with USDC or USDT, the two assets currently accepted for the sale.

  • Go directly to the official Sonar-sale portal linked from sale.kiichain.io. Avoid links shared through unsolicited emails, ads, or social media comments.

  • Complete KYC verification. Note that verification does not guarantee eligibility or an allocation, and certain jurisdictions are excluded, including Korea.

  • Confirm your purchase at the current tier price and keep a personal record of the transaction. kiichain presale platform

Industry Analyst Perspective on the Kiichain Presale:

Kiichain's positioning is narrower than most Layer 1 crypto presales, and that is arguably its strongest asset. Rather than chasing general-purpose smart contract activity, it targets a specific, well-documented inefficiency in emerging-market FX settlement, backed by a live mainnet, Cosmos-based infrastructure, and a named operating team. That combination puts it ahead of many presale projects on transparency alone.

That said, two gaps stand out. The tokenomics allocation table remains unfinished as of the whitepaper's publication, which limits how precisely early buyers can assess dilution risk. And the conflicting mainnet-status language between the sale disclosures and the whitepaper is the kind of detail that should be resolved before, not after, a purchase. Neither issue is disqualifying, but both warrant direct confirmation from the project.

Conclusion

The Kiichain presale pairs a fixed 1.8 billion KII supply with a tightly limited public-sale allocation of roughly 13.2 million tokens, a disclosed $26 million funding round, and a publicly named team, set against real gaps in disclosed tokenomics and an unresolved mainnet-status discrepancy.

That is a mixed but not unusual picture for an early-stage infrastructure token. Before buying into any tier, confirm the current terms directly on sale kiichain, and weigh the project's transparency strengths against what is still undisclosed.
