New Crypto: 37 Banks Win a Euro Token Licence, While Analysts See 1000x for Pepeto

Anyone searching for a new crypto gets thousands of names and almost no clue which are safe. On October 14, Dutch regulators cleared a firm backed by 37 European banks to issue a euro token, yet that coin will not launch for months, and a stablecoin is built to sit still.
Bitcoin and Ether were small once, long before any bank showed up, and that early stage is where Pepeto sits today, a meme coin with a live security scanner and more than $11.1 million raised before listing.
Which Banks Are Building a New Crypto? 37 European Lenders Just Won a Licence
Thirty seven European banks from 15 countries, including ING and BNP Paribas, are building a new crypto of their own. On October 14, Dutch regulators gave their firm, Qivalis, a licence to issue a euro stablecoin, CoinDesk reported, and it should arrive in the coming months.
That is a huge vote of trust, but a coin built to hold one euro never grows. Real gains still come from coins that start small and get found early.
Banks Bring Safe Coins, and Pepeto Brings a Safety Check for Everything Else
Pepeto: A Live Scanner That Flags a Bad Token Before Any Money Goes In
Finding the right small coin is where Pepeto comes in. It is an Ethereum meme coin still in presale and listed nowhere yet, and its live scanner flags a bad token before any money goes in. Banks will build safe coins for their own clients. Everyone else still faces thousands of fresh tokens every month, with no easy way to tell a real one from a trap.
The scanner runs 42 checks on a token's code and reads live chain data, then runs a test buy and a test sell on a copy of the chain. It looks for hidden owners, mint and blacklist switches, and taxes that can change. The result is a score from 0 to 100, and a token with a critical flaw is blocked by default.
One scan the team shared shows it in action. A token scored 6 out of 100 and its test sell failed, the mark of a honeypot, a coin that can be bought but never sold. The trade never went through, so no money was lost.
That gives Pepeto real weight, because its value rests on tools people use. A buyer who checks a coin with the scanner can trade it on PepetoSwap in the same place, with a 0.00% swap fee. Analysts see up to 1000x after an expected Binance listing, and the price rises at every new stage. The banks' euro coin is months away, while Pepeto's tools are live today and its early stages are still open.
Canton (CC): Wall Street Firms Run a First Swap on Its Chain
Wall Street already uses Canton, a chain built for big finance. On October 13, DRW and Marex ran a swap on it tied to a tokenized stock index, per The Crypto Times. Still, CC trades at $0.1148, down 8.06% in a day, on CoinMarketCap.
From our view, the adoption is real, but the price has not caught up. CC sits about 41% under its $0.1943 high from February 3, so a return needs a 69% climb.
Ethena (ENA): A $1 Billion Lending Line Opens With ENA at $0.1846
Ethena's business keeps growing. On October 13, FalconX and Ethena opened a $1 billion lending line backed by USDe reserves, TokenPost reported. Yet ENA fell 11.6% in a day, per CoinMarketCap.
From our analysis, Ethena is a strong business carrying a heavy chart. ENA sits 87.8% under its $1.52 high from April 2024, so a full return needs about 8x.
Conclusion: CC and ENA Trail Their Highs, While Pepeto Is Still in Presale
Banks are building their own new crypto, and Canton is winning Wall Street trades, yet CC and ENA still trade far below their highs. Crypto's biggest gains go to people who buy before anyone cares, and Pepe proved it, launching in April 2023 with nothing behind it and still reaching $0.00002825 by December 2024.
Pepeto is a new crypto with far more under it: a live scanner, a free exchange and more than $11.1 million raised. If the 1000x projection comes true, $100 at this stage becomes $100,000, a big if.
Each round on the Pepeto official website is priced above the last. Buying before anyone cares made Pepe's early holders rich, and that chance is open in Pepeto today, but only until this round closes.
