Connect Financial Community October Update

Hi Connect Financial Community,

I’d like to ask everyone to please return to their seats, stow their meal tray and fasten their seatbelts as the CF crew make their final cabin checks in preparation for landing.

We’re on the home stretch now. After a suitably long period of development, testing, retesting and iteration, we are preparing for our initial launch, which will be for our Founders members only..

While we have all of the requisite pieces in place to provide all of our services from business, vendor, legal and regulatory perspectives, we are taking a conservative approach to rolling out functionality. Our friends and family phase as it were, because that is what our community is to us. And like all families we have our ups and downs, we’ve shared a lot together over the years and sometimes the updates haven’t come quick enough for all of us. Just know that no matter what, day in and day out we have been working.

The rest of this update sets the milestones and next steps for what you can expect over the coming weeks and months.

A few quick caveats before we get to the good stuff:

1. The further the timeline is into the future, the degree of certainty reduces. Bearing this in mind, the further out we go, the more indicative the timeframes become.
2. No matter how much internal testing we do, no initial software release survives first contact with real customers interacting with the product. There may be gremlins in the system in the very early days, and if you are part of the initial release, we’re relying on you to help identify any issues, improvements or general feedback.
3. This roadmap is subject to change, but only for the better. What we are listing at each stage is our MVP, or Minimal Viable Product feature set for each phase. But we have the ability to turn on features from future Phases at anytime.
4. These services have all been in use internally and with a select client set for a period of time now.

Phase One: Founders Release

When: Our initial public release is scheduled for the week of US Thanksgiving, 2026

Who: Founder members

What: The initial release will include banking, digital assets and payment card functionality on the desktop based portal:

• Account creation, profile management and compliance/KYC
• US banking account (global issuance) with ACH, Fedwire and SWIFT deposits
• Virtual debit card (Apple Pay / Google Pay)
• Cryptocurrency deposit and custody (supported assets)
• Cryptocurrency trade

Phase Two: Extended banking

When: Q1

Who: Founder members + waitlist, public sign ups

What: The phase two release will include extended banking functionality, payment card funding options and release of iOS and Android apps.

• Full Membership launch & CNFI commitment
• Supported features in the companion Apple and iOS applications
• Global banking including local payment rails such as Interac, SPEI, PIX, SEPA, Instant Pay
• Full integration with over 120+ mobile wallets, such as AliPay, UnionPay, Paypal, Venmo
• Fund your account from any Visa or Mastercard, push funds out to any card also (internationally only)
• Withdraw funds via RTP in the US, 24/7/365
• US account funding from connected ACH accounts via Plaid Connections
• FX conversions on demand
• Multi-Currency Fiat Wallet (We can hold over 25 Fiat assets natively)

Phase Three: Credit cards

When: Mid/Late Q1

Who: Everyone

What: The third and final release phase will include

• The Collateral based credit cards
• Full Platform membership benefits

The above phases are designed to give you high level visibility of the direction the product is headed in. Of course, in addition to the main functionality, we’ll also be regularly releasing portal improvements, enhancements and quality of life features based on your feedback.

Plus there are other features that will trickle in as we can finish the systems/UI to get them fully operational, such as booking Travel — Airfare, Hotel, Car, Excursions.
