New blockchain built by one developer with AI: home PCs run it and earn coins. Feedback welcome

Hi all. I built EncryptLock, a new blockchain, working alone with AI. It went live on 18 October.
How it works:
- A LockKeeper is a Windows PC that runs the EncryptLock blockchain, creates the blocks and earns EncryptLock coins every hour it is on. No mining.
- 1 computer = 1 LockKeeper, checked by the PC's own security chip (TPM 2.0).
- To start, you keep 1 dollar worth of EncryptLock coins as a guarantee, in your own wallet. If you stop, it is free again 21 days later.
The rules:
- Only 40 million EncryptLock coins will ever exist, released a little every hour. The amount halves every 5 years.
- A transfer must be accepted within 1 hour, or it returns by itself.
- Daily limits and second-device approval against theft. Heirs chosen inside the network.
- My 1% as the founder is public on the blockchain since the first block. No pre-sale, no investors.
Honest status: day 4. My own PC keeps the network running until there are 20 LockKeepers. From then on, no single LockKeeper can get more than 5% of the new coins.
