Crypto Prices Today: Bitcoin Crashes Below $76,000, XRP Drops 8.7% as Altcoins Slide

The broader cryptocurrency market recorded significant losses as Bitcoin dropped below $76,000, while Ethereum, XRP, and Solana registered substantial declines. According to CoinGecko data, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 5.9% to $75,604.10, with trading volume reaching $44.73 billion and market capitalization standing at $1.52 trillion. Bitcoin remained the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, while several leading altcoins experienced even greater losses.

Major Altcoins Decline as Ethereum, XRP, and Solana Face Selling Pressure

Ethereum (ETH) dropped 7.9% to $2,224.16, with trading volume reaching $17.58 billion and market capitalization standing at $271.78 billion. Meanwhile, XRP (XRP) declined 8.7% to $1.19, recording $2.51 billion in trading volume and a market capitalization of $75.59 billion.

BNB (BNB) fell 3.2% to $688.77, with trading volume reaching $1.17 billion, while Solana (SOL) dropped 6.4% to $89.46. Solana’s market capitalization stood at $52.81 billion, alongside $4.51 billion in daily trading activity.

Zcash (ZEC) also recorded losses, declining 4.2% to $1,252.29, with trading volume reaching approximately $1.33 billion. Additionally, Dogecoin (DOGE) dropped 6.4% to $0.0715, while Monero (XMR) fell 2.5% to $619.30.

Hyperliquid (HYPE) declined 6.8% to $77.47, recording $1.41 billion in trading volume and $18.55 billion in market capitalization. TRON (TRX) experienced a smaller decline of 0.4%, trading at $0.3184 with daily trading volume reaching $409.29 million.

Top Gainers Led by Akedo, DENIM, and UnifAI Network

Akedo (AKE) topped the daily gainers list, surging 99.2% to $0.004982, with trading volume reaching approximately $111.38 million. DENIM (DENIM) followed with a 70.6% increase to $0.01764, generating $10.28 million in trading activity over 24 hours.

UnifAI Network (UAI) climbed 69.4% to $0.1835, while its trading volume reached approximately $38.57 million. Meanwhile, Dessa (DESSA) advanced 58.5% to $0.03431, recording $4.80 million in daily trading activity.

CYBER (CYBER) gained 40.1% to $0.3527, with trading volume reaching approximately $77.83 million. FUNToken (FUN) increased 34% to $0.001569, while Handy (HANDY) climbed 33% to $0.002259.

Concordium (CCD) advanced 31.6% to $0.003198, recording approximately $909,606 in daily trading volume. Additionally, Moonbirds (BIRB) gained 24.8% to $0.1029, while Hookr.fun (HOOKR) increased 18.8% to $0.02515.

Overall, the cryptocurrency market experienced widespread losses, with Bitcoin falling below $76,000 and XRP recording the steepest decline among leading assets. Meanwhile, smaller cryptocurrencies posted substantial gains, highlighting contrasting price movements across the broader digital asset market.
