Dinger & Pawthereum Pledge Funds For Shelter Animals

Dinger & Pawthereum team up to match funds raised for Cat Town Oakland up to $25k

Today, The Dinger Token announces that they have partnered with their fellow pet-inspired token, Pawthereum, to raise funds for Cat Town Oakland. Dinger and Pawthereum together will match donations up to $25k to raise money to help find homes for Oakland’s most vulnerable shelter cats. 

“Cat Town's mission is to transform the approach to saving shelter cats, reducing euthanasia nationwide. Our focus is to find great homes for cats who are considered unadoptable in the traditional rescue model.”

Funds donated and matched by The Dinger Token will:

• Help save the elderly, stressed, sick, and injured shelter cats facing euthanasia.
• Fund Cat Town Oakland to continue their work that has helped reduce the euthanasia rate at Oakland Animal Services by more than 70% since 2011.
• Allow Cat Town to step in quickly when shelter cats need immediate intervention and have no other options. 

Dinger Token’s partnership with Pawthereum and Cat Town Oakland aims to further facilitate the already tremendous amount of work done in Oakland by Cat Town to find homes for vulnerable cats facing euthanasia.
