In September we added a new video model to the Earn Module, and the app now pauses earning by itself when your GPU is busy with something else. The rest of the month went into the Store and the profit calculator, and support moved to Discord.

LTX-2.5: New Work for Your Card

LTX-2.5 from Lightricks went live on deAPI in early September, and GamerHash AI 0.87.0, released on September 3, added it to the Earn Module. Developers calling the model through the API now send those jobs to cards in our network.

Compared with 2.3, sound now comes out of the same pass as the picture, so footsteps land on the frames where the foot touches the ground. One prompt can also carry several shots with cuts between them, and the character keeps the same look and lighting across the edit.

On September 17 the model reached the app for your own use too. It runs on the card in your PC, so you can generate as many clips as you like.

Earning Pauses When Your GPU Is Busy

Version 0.87.0 also rebuilt the warning module. Until now the app could spot that your GPU was under load and tell you about it, and the rest was up to you. Now it pauses earning automatically, so you can launch a game without remembering to switch anything off first.

The Whole Store, Loading Faster

The Store now carries its full catalogue, up from a partial selection: 559 items in Polish, 466 in English and 413 in Korean, sorted into rebuilt categories, with an FAQ section inside the shop. It also opens faster.

You can pay for anything there with your GUSD balance, GHX or BTC.

The Calculator Now Shows Required RAM

Whether a machine can earn depends on more than the graphics card, and the profit calculator now shows it. Every card lists the system RAM it needs: a 24 GB card qualifies with 32 GB of RAM, while a 16 GB card needs 64 GB and an RTX 40 or 50 series chip.

Results are split into four EARN tiers instead of one averaged figure, and you can sort them.

The app download page got new step-by-step screenshots and corrected hardware requirements as well.

Support Now Lives on Discord

The Zendesk form is gone from the footer and the contact page. If something goes wrong, write to us on Discord, where the team answers support questions. E-mail stays open for anyone who doesn’t use Discord.

Season 5 Closes on October 11

Committing GHXP is what puts you in the season ranking. Commit up to 80% of what you’ve collected before the season ends, and that amount sets your place and your $GHX reward. A commitment can’t be changed once you send it, and the rest of your points roll into Season 6.

A Word from Our CEO

Our goal has always been simple: sharing your compute should feel completely frictionless. With automatic pause, you don’t even have to think about toggling GamerHash off when launching a game-your PC adapts to you, not the other way around. Meanwhile, bringing cutting-edge models like LTX-2.5 directly to your hardware proves that consumer cards can easily handle heavy, multi-shot cinematic workloads that developers are actively paying for. We’re building an ecosystem that respects your daily setup while extracting maximum value from your hardware.
- Patryk Pusch, CEO
