Chainlink News: Which Data Feeds and Data Streams Are Live on Stellar?

Chainlink News today: Chainlink Data Feeds and Data Streams are live on Stellar, according to Stellar's October 14 announcement. Stellar says its network supports more than $4 billion in tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). The post also says leading applications are adopting the data at launch. It names none of them.

The docs say Data Feeds on Stellar use one proxy contract that serves every feed. The September 29 entry lists available feed pairs including BTC, ETH, LINK, XLM, USDC, USDT, EURC, FLHY and XAUM against USD. Developers can read feeds offchain through Soroban RPC simulation or onchain from a Soroban contract.

A deployed proxy and listed data show availability. They do not show that any lending market uses them, or that each asset serves as collateral.

The network says its Chainlink Scale commitment is intended to make oracle infrastructure more cost-efficient for developers. The announcement does not quantify how much funding has been committed or spent.

Chainlink News: Which DeFi Apps Are Using the Data?

Stellar's post says leading ecosystem applications are adopting Chainlink data at launch for collateral processing, loan-to-value calculations, automated liquidations and stablecoin reference rates. It names no protocol, market or go-live date, so the claim is hard to verify independently.

The $4 billion figure is Stellar's own count of RWAs on its network. It does not mean $4 billion is available as collateral or being borrowed against.

Readers can look for:

  • Named protocols reading the network's proxy contract

  • Lending markets that accept tokenized assets as collateral

  • Total value locked and borrowing, from protocol dashboards

  • Liquidation settings and the data each market uses

Chainlink's own guide tells developers to assess feed quality before use. A feed's existence does not show a market relies on it safely.

Is CCIP Live on Stellar and What Comes Next?

Stellar's October 2025 announcement included CCIP in its integration plan but described the capability as dependent on completion. That plan said CCIP, once completed, would add cross-chain connections for the assets. The October 14, 2026 announcement confirms Data Feeds and Data Streams, not CCIP.

Chainlink's CCIP directory data, queried October 15, lists no mainnet. This Chainlink News check therefore treats CCIP on the network as unconfirmed. The directory should be rechecked before relying on that finding.

The Bottom Line

This Chainlink News review confirms that Data Feeds and Data Streams are available on the network, while the October 14 announcement's application-adoption claim remains difficult to verify independently because it names no protocols. The next evidence to look for is a named integration, a deployed contract using the feeds, or a protocol announcement confirming live use.
