I'll be honest, as much as I liked watching the market for these avatars (I literally made a whole subreddit, r/avatartrading, for it) I was skeptical that the sales were legitimate. Honestly, I thought a lot of the sales were just people buying their own to make them look valuable. And maybe they were. But my drip squad NFT legitimately sold for $80 and I'm super excited about it.
Honestly, a large part of me is disappointed because I think it'll be worth more than that one day, but I'm also happy because it's a real, legitimate sale which is good for the overall avatar market as a whole.
