In Brief:

  • XRP reclaimed $1.50 as liquidations fell toward $500,000, with bearish positions accounting for 85%.
  • The four-hour RSI reached 59, above its 48 average, while analyst Diana identified $1.55 and $1.61 as XRP’s next upside targets.
  • Holding $1.50 could support XRP’s advance toward $1.70 if $1.61 breaks, while losing support could expose the previously tested $1.44.

XRP reclaimed $1.50 as liquidations fell to approximately $500,000, with popular crypto analyst Diana identifying $1.55 and $1.61 as the next targets. According to her latest analysis, XRP rebounded from near $1.44 to $1.52, while bearish positions accounted for 85% of liquidations.

Buyers recovered the entire $1.499–$1.5005 cluster, reversing a decline that briefly carried XRP toward the lower $1.44 level. Diana identified the reclaimed zone as essential to preserving the rebound, linking her upward targets to XRP staying above $1.50.

Alongside the price recovery, she reported a further contraction in liquidations, describing the approximately $500,000 total as a historic low. She said that figure was nearly ten times lower than the reading three days earlier, extending the decline in her previous report.

In her October 2 update, Diana reported that XRP liquidations dropped from approximately $7.87 million to $3.14 million within two days. This represented a decline of roughly 60%, with the remaining total equaling just 30% of the seven-day liquidation average.

During that earlier period, bullish and bearish positions accounted for nearly equal shares, contrasting with the subsequent concentration in bearish liquidations. Diana’s latest figures showed bears representing 85% of forced closures, even as the overall liquidation total fell toward $500,000.

In her technical update, she also recorded a four-hour relative strength index reading of 59, while the indicator’s average stood at 48. She highlighted that increase alongside XRP’s return to $1.52, bringing her next price targets into the assessment of the rebound.

Diana Maps $1.55 and $1.61 Targets With $1.50 as Key Support

According to Diana, XRP needs to remain above $1.50 to maintain the recovery’s strength and support a move toward $1.55. Once the price beats that level, $1.61 becomes the next target, as XRP currently trades approximately 6% below that level at $1.52.

Her outlook sets out successive price thresholds, starting with buyers defending the reclaimed support cluster before challenging the levels above it. Holding $1.50 keeps $1.55 first in that sequence, while overcoming the target would bring $1.61 next in her roadmap.

A break above $1.61 would open the path toward $1.70. Diana linked that higher target specifically to XRP taking $1.61, making the resistance break a condition for the larger move.

Conversely, she warned that dropping below $1.50 would weaken the rebound and expose XRP to another decline toward $1.44. Diana’s outlook targets $1.55, $1.61 and $1.70 if XRP holds $1.50, while losing support could expose the previously tested $1.44 area.
