Solana Sweeps Downside Liquidity, Price Eyes $125

Solana is drawing fresh technical attention after two clean signals lined up over the weekend: a bounce from a well-watched micro support zone and a large pocket of short-side liquidity sitting overhead at $125.

Trader ‘0xSweep’ highlighted that the price setup of Solana (SOL) has already taken out the remaining downside liquidity. With those lower levels cleared, the next visible concentration of liquidity sits on the short side around $125.

In pure liquidity terms, that often creates a magnetic target. When downside stops and resting liquidity have been absorbed, price can be drawn toward the next dense cluster of opposing positions — in this case, shorts that would be forced to cover on a move higher.

0xSweep’s read is straightforward: the path of least resistance now points upward toward that $125 zone.

Separately, More Crypto Online noted that SOL has started a bounce after reacting to their predefined micro support zone. The reaction itself is constructive on the lower timeframe — Solana price found buyers exactly where the level suggested it should.

A bounce from support does not automatically equal a full trend reversal, but it does put the short-term structure back on the bulls’ side.

The next test is whether the move can extend with enough momentum to challenge higher resistance and eventually the larger liquidity pool at the $125 resistance level.

One view focuses on the liquidity map & the most plausible leverage flush scenarios: downside has been cleaned, and a sizable short cluster sits at $125. Another big one sits around $114, where traders placed SOL longs with as much as 100x leverage.

The other take focuses on price action: Solana (SOL) respects this micro support and has finally begun to bounce.

Combined altogether, we can call this a relatively clean price setup. Cleared downside liquidity removes immediate selling pressure from stops, the support bounce provides the first evidence of demand, and the $125 short liquidity offers a clear upside magnet.

Crypto market players will now watch whether the bounce can develop into a sustained push or whether it stalls as just another short-term relief move.

For now, Solana price has the technical ingredients for a move higher. The $125 liquidity pocket is the level most eyes are fixed once it clears the $114 hurdle first.
