Everyone hunting for the next Pepe coin is really asking one thing: where can a small sum still grow big? The old names have gotten big and slow. Dogecoin trades at $0.0848, 88% under its 2021 peak, per CoinMarketCap.

Small buyers haven't gone anywhere, though. This week they put £7.6 million into a new bitcoin share in London, per Crypto Potato. The money is clearly there, and every big meme win has started with money like that arriving early.

DOGE and SHIB still have loyal holders. On this search, though, the name closest to Pepe is Pepeto, built by Pepe's own cofounder and already backed with over $11.1 million in presale.

Smarter Web Lists a £10M Bitcoin Share, and Small Buyers Put In Most of It

Small buyers just carried a London listing. UK bitcoin treasury firm Smarter Web raised £10 million in the IPO of MORE, its bitcoin backed preferred share, Crypto Potato reported on October 12.

Shares sold at £90 each, and trading opens on the London Stock Exchange today, October 14. Retail buyers put in £7.6 million, compared with £2.4 million from institutions.

The share pays a 12% yearly dividend, and the company holds 2,747 BTC, per The Crypto Times. What those buyers chose says a lot: they want something that pays them while they wait.

Three Picks for Meme Coin Buyers This Fall: Pepeto, DOGE and SHIB

1. Pepeto: Pepe's Cofounder Is Back, and Stakers Earn While the Presale Runs

Getting paid to hold is also what sets Pepeto apart from most new meme coins. It comes from the cofounder who helped build the original Pepe, a coin that went from an April 2023 launch to an $11.37 billion peak.

Pepeto presale from the cofounder of Pepe

This time there's more behind the joke. Its exchange is already live, and every swap costs 0% in fees, so you pay only network gas. For small traders who swap often, that saving adds up fast. Supply is fixed at 420 trillion tokens, the same on every chain.

Then there's the holding part. Staking is open now, before any listing, and the pool shows 161% APY today. The rate updates daily and isn't promised, and rewards can be claimed once Pepeto lists.

So presale tokens can earn while the stages tick by. Buyers have already pushed the presale past $11.1 million, paying in USDT, BNB, ETH or by card.

The price sits at $0.00000019 for this stage, and each later stage costs more. A Binance listing is getting closer, with no date set yet.

At that price, it feels a lot like Pepe in April 2023, before anyone had a reason to look. The few who bought back then ended up with the biggest share of what came next.

For anyone on this search, Pepeto has the clearest claim to be the next Pepe coin. The cofounder has done it once, and this time the tools came first.

2. Dogecoin: $0.0848 and Still 88% Below Its 2021 High

Dogecoin started the whole meme craze, but it climbs slowly now. It sits 88% under its $0.7376 peak from May 8, 2021, so a return there would take almost nine times today's price.

It also adds supply every day. About 13.55 million new DOGE were created in one day, per CryptoTicker on October 8. Yashu Gola at FXEmpire sees $0.10 to $0.11 as the zone DOGE must win back first.

DOGE made its millionaires back in 2021. Today it's a steady name, not an early one.

3. Shiba Inu: Burns Drop to About $1 a Day at $0.000005247

Shiba Inu trades at $0.000005247, per CoinMarketCap, down 94% from its $0.00008845 peak in October 2021. Its burn engine has gone quiet.

On October 13, only about 192,678 SHIB were burned in a day, worth roughly $1, U.Today reported. Arman Shirinyan at the same outlet marks $0.00000565 as resistance.

SHIB keeps a loyal crowd. But with a supply that size, it takes huge money to move the price much at all.

The Next Pepe Coin Search Leads Back to the Original Pepe's Cofounder

Meme coins have made real fortunes, from DOGE in 2021 to Pepe in 2023. You came looking for the next Pepe coin, and the trail leads back to the cofounder of the first one.

This week, small buyers in London picked a bitcoin share that pays them to hold. Pepeto pays its stakers to hold too, with a working exchange behind it and a price still at presale level.

Pepe's earliest buyers got in before the crowd had a reason to look. Pepeto's presale on the Pepeto official website is that moment again, and each closing stage leaves fewer tokens per dollar.

FAQs

Which coin could be the next Pepe coin in 2026?

Pepeto is the strongest pick for the next Pepe coin. Pepe's own cofounder built it, and buyers can still get in at presale prices before it lists.

Could Pepeto reach Pepe's $11.37 billion value when the market turns up again?

Pepeto could chase it, since its full supply is worth about $80 million today, so a Pepe sized run would mean over 100x. Early buyers on the Pepeto official website gain most.
