In Brief:

  • Oracle has committed $1 billion over four years to expand its global partner ecosystem and strengthen AI and cloud services.
  • The investment includes technical training, development environments, financial incentives, and cloud migration resources to help partners build specialized AI solutions.
  • Oracle will expand customer support through AI Success Navigator while offering partners flexible benefits to improve technology adoption and growth.

Oracle has announced a $1 billion investment in its global partner ecosystem to expand artificial intelligence services and cloud adoption. According to the company’s announcement, the four-year commitment will support AI development, strengthen technical expertise, and expand enterprise cloud services.

The investment targets growing demand for AI-powered business applications and cloud infrastructure across different industries. Through its Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), the company will expand financial incentives, training programs, and technical support for participating businesses.

Additionally, Oracle plans to increase funding for cloud migration projects and provide development environments for partners building specialized applications. The program also includes marketing collaboration and commercialization opportunities through Oracle Marketplace.

“Our partners extend our sales reach, expand our delivery capacity, and bring their own innovation and investment to help customers address evolving business needs,” stated Mark Hura.

Oracle Expands AI Development Funding and Cloud Migration Support for Partners

Oracle will direct its investment toward four major areas covering product development, sales growth, technology implementation, and customer support. These initiatives will serve systems integrators, software developers, cloud providers, distributors, resellers, and advisory firms.

Under the development program, partners will receive technical guidance, testing environments, and integration validation resources for building specialized solutions. Businesses can combine their industry knowledge with Oracle technology to create applications, integrations, and AI agents.

Meanwhile, expanded sales incentives will help eligible partners promote their services and pursue additional commercial opportunities. Oracle will also provide demonstration environments and marketing resources to support customer engagement and product commercialization.

The company will strengthen training and certification programs to help partners develop expertise across its technology portfolio. These programs cover Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Applications, and related artificial intelligence services.

Beyond product development, Oracle will provide migration resources and advisory services to support enterprise cloud projects. Partners can access tools and methodologies for database modernization, application implementation, and system integration.

Oracle Strengthens Customer Support and Partner Growth Opportunities

The investment also covers customer support beyond initial deployments through resources such as Oracle AI Success Navigator. These tools will help partners improve technology adoption, introduce additional capabilities, and optimize existing customer investments.

Leah Yomtovian, senior vice president of Partner, Sales, and Operations Strategy at Oracle, emphasized the program’s flexibility. Yomtovian explained that partners have different business models, technical capabilities, and commercial objectives.

Participating companies can select benefits and incentives that align with their individual business strategies and growth priorities. Oracle expects this approach to support partner expansion while increasing access to specialized technology services.

The $1 billion commitment will span four years, covering partner training, AI development, cloud migration, and commercial support. Oracle aims to strengthen its partner ecosystem while expanding the delivery of AI-powered solutions and enterprise cloud services.
