Ethereum options: what the put majority on November 13 means
Many puts are not automatically bets on a crash. Holders often use them to hedge positions, especially in uncertain weeks. Still, the comparison says something: until November 13 many participants want protection, for the end of November they lean toward rising prices. The largest call blocks for November 27 sit at $3,000 and $3,600, the largest put blocks at $2,000 and $2,150. Max pain for that date is $2,500.
As soon as Friday, November 6, 38,954 calls and 47,664 puts expire with max pain at $2,340. The largest blocks here are at $2,400 and $2,500 for calls and $2,100 and $2,300 for puts, so the price sits right between the zones. If you want to buy Ether, compare regulated crypto exchanges.

Ethereum forecast: the range the options market is pricing in
Deribit's volatility index for Ether stands at 52, well above the 38 for Bitcoin. Converted to seven days, that means about 7.2 percent in either direction, roughly $2,240 to $2,590. This also explains why so many holders hedge: Ether swings more than Bitcoin.
Ethereum price prediction: three scenarios until mid-November
| Scenario | Trigger | Next level |
|---|---|---|
| Breakout | Daily close above $2,506 | Path toward $3,000 opens |
| Sideways | Price stays between $2,351 and $2,506 | November 13 expiry as the test |
| Pullback | Daily close below $2,351 | 200-day average at $2,157 |
Usage argues against too much euphoria: Ethereum applications hold $45.9 billion according to DefiLlama, after $51.1 billion 30 days ago, a drop of 10.3 percent. As long as no new money arrives there, the price lacks a driver from the network itself. Our Ethereum price prediction page covers longer horizons.
