Olivier Roussy Newton is the co-founder and president of HIVE Blockchain Technologies LTD. He co-founded DeFi Holdings and Exponential Genomics Inc. (Xenomics). He is also the chairman at Quantum Holdings and the co-founder and director of Valour.

Harry Pokrandt was responsible for the company's overall vision.
